At 503 Cafecito, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we offer premium, freshly roasted coffee beans, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for our products. Coffee is a perishable item, and we ensure that every order is processed with care to maintain the highest quality.

If there are issues with your order—such as receiving the wrong product, damaged goods, or concerns about the quality—please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
